Retreat at Fairhope Village

This 240-unit, Class A, multifamily project was the first large scale multifamily development in Fairhope in a generation. Leaf River Group was the lead developer on this project. The Retreat at Fairhope Village was sold in 2021.

Meridian at Fondren

Leaf River Group was lead developer on this 245-unit, Class A, midrise, multifamily project. It is located in the Fondren District across the street from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and was the first of its kind in the Jackson market.

This project was completed in 2017. Leaf River Group and partners still own this project.

Meridian at the Port

This 267-unit, Class A, multi-family development was delivered in 2020. Leaf River Group was co-developer with Bristol Development Group from Franklin, TN. The project is a landmark development in downtown Mobile. It was the first new construction, midrise, Class A, multi-family project built in downtown Mobile. It is located adjacent to the Mobile River on Water Street. The project was sold in 2021.

The Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach

Leaf River Group is co-developer on this project along with Bristol Development Group from Franklin, TN. This is a 408-unit, Class A, multi-family development. The units will be delivered in the latter part of 2024 and early 2025. The project is located in South Walton County, Florida in the dynamic Highway 98 corridor.

Emerald Coast Logistics Center

Started in early 2024, this is a multi-building logistics park totaling approximately 500,000 square feet. Phase I includes twin 105,000 square feet buildings. These buildings are Class A, concrete tilt wall construction and 32’ clear. The park, located on I-10, adjacent to the Mossy Head interchange, began pre-leasing in early 2024. Leaf River Group has partnered with Bluewater Development to bring this first of its kind project to Walton County.

I-10/Gulf Coast Logistics Center

This is a three building, Class A, logistics park totaling 480,000 square feet. Leaf River Group, in concert with members of Baldwin County’s Corte family, developed the project from 2020 – 2023. Tenants include Imperial Dade, Home Depot, PODS, Metropolitan Warehouse, American Metals, and a subsidiary of Holman Inc. All buildings are concrete, tilt wall construction and at least 32’ clear.
